CKS.DMS is slowly establishing itself as the standard for SAP Business One when it comes to a lean and superbly integrated digital document archive. The solution integrates itself completely into SAP Business One and, after scanning or Print of documents add keywords that are generated after automatic text recognition.
In Business One, documents can be found by the corresponding business partners and documents. They can also be found quickly and reliably via a free text search. In addition, documents can be forwarded to SAP Business One and digitised via a desktop folder and Outlook ? Integration, documents can be forwarded to SAP Business One and digitised.
Now there is another way to store documents in the digital archive. Documents can be uploaded decentrally via a web interface. These are stored in SAP Business One and are thus available to all users. However, the reverse is also possible. Via the web portal, documents such as quotations, orders or invoices can also be made available to users who do not have a Business One licence.
