log files
The provider of our website saves the IP address, the browser used, the time, the date and the operating system used of a website visitor in so-called log files. Only pseudonymised IP addresses of visitors to the website are saved. At the web server level, this is done by storing an IP address 123.123.123.XXX in the log file instead of the actual IP address of the visitor, for example 123.123.123.123, where XXX is a random value between 1 and 254. It is no longer possible to create a personal reference.
The log files are automatically deleted by our provider after two weeks of storage. Backups of data are kept in encrypted form for 14 days.
contact form
Our website uses contact forms that you can use to send us direct inquiries by email. The data of the inquiry from the corresponding contact form are stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and for the potential case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your specific consent. If you have given us your consent for this, you can revoke it at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to us is sufficient. The data you have transmitted from the relevant contact form will remain stored with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed).
