The sales analysis in SAP Business One is a detailed analysis of the sales achieved with a company's customers.
This report provides information about sales volume from three perspectives:
- Turnover per customer or supplier
- Turnover per article
- Sales per sales representative
In SAP Business One, a sales analysis is a report containing information about a company's sales. It can be used to compare the company's performance with past periods, identify patterns and monitor the company's financial performance.
Follow the steps below to create a sales analysis in SAP Business One:
- Select "Sales > Analysis > Sales Analysis" in the main menu.
- Select the desired time frame for the analysis. You can perform a turnover analysis for a specific month, quarter or year.
- Select the desired analysis area. You can evaluate turnover by customer, product, distribution channel or other factors.
- Choose whether you want to examine turnover in monetary values or in units.
- Select View to create the report.
The SAP Business One Sales Analysis can be displayed in various forms, such as a table or a chart. You can also print or export the report to save or distribute it.
