The Settlement Assistant is part of SAP Business One Project module.
The assistant is used to collect open document and billable project information. It can process this data and use it to create outgoing invoices or delivery notes. These functions are provided by the Versino Financial Suite added. The wizard takes the following data sources into account during generation:
- Incoming invoices created as a project expense
- Quotations, orders or delivery notes that have already been issued to the project client and have been transferred to a A/R Invoice can be taken over
- Completed work orders that were created as part of the project
- Activities such as meetings, telephone calls or activities carried out as part of the project
