Financial report (SAP Business One)

A written record representing the financial status of a company at a particular point in time.
It is prepared at regular intervals and contains a balance sheet, a profit and loss account and a statement of changes in working capital.

Financial reports in SAP Business One:

  1. Accounting reports:
    • G/L Accounts and Business Partners
    • Tax reports (e.g. withholding tax report, tax reconciliation report)
    • Bank reconciliation report
  2. Actual reports:
    • balance sheet
    • Profit and loss account (P&L)
    • Trial Balance
    • Cash flow report
  3. Comparison reports:
    • Comparison of financial data from different periods, e.g. balance sheet or income statement comparison
  4. Cost accounting reports:
    • Cost centre report
    • Budget vs. cost accounting
    • Cost accounting reconciliation report
