Cumulative Cumulative Concept

With the cumulative quantities concept, the quantities to be delivered or produced are determined in production planning. Quantities for defined periods. Demand and consumption are displayed as a totalling curve. The visualisation is suitable for target and actual values, making it easy to handle backlogs, lead times and problems with incoming and outgoing goods. The cumulative quantity concept is usually used in the JIT environment when manufacturers and suppliers want to compare the target and actual values of ordered products.

Progress number concept occurs in this blog.
