Reporting refers to all the methods and means used by a company to process, as well as store, information about its operations in the form of reports.

SAP Business One has a comprehensive range of functions for creating, customising and analysing reports covering various business areas:

Report categories

  • Predefined categories: Purchasing, saleCRM, warehouse, finance, etc.
  • Additional categories appear if reports exist in them.

Report types

  • Excel reportsWith the same hierarchy as in SAP Business One Client.
  • Crystal Reportsare displayed at the top level of the respective categories.

Versino Financial Suite

the Versino Financial Suite extends reporting in SAP Business One with a central financial cockpit with real-time insights into financial data such as accounts, debtors, creditors and profit centres. Users can track postings down to individual documents, filter data and export it directly to Excel. VFS also offers financial reports suitable for SMEs, such as BWA or cash book, as well as GoBD and DATEV-compliant reporting - ideal for transparent, efficient analyses and collaboration with tax consultants.

Reporting functions

  1. Report search: Reports can be found using keywords via the report and layout manager.
  2. Report selectionBefore running a report, filters such as date ranges or customer groups can be defined.
  3. Report displayData is first displayed on the screen before a report is generated or printed.
  4. Report layout: Layouts can be customised and standard layouts defined.

Report planning and automation

  • Reports can be generated on a time-controlled basis and sent automatically by e-mail.

Customised reports

  • Customised reports can be created using tools such as Queries, Drag & RelatePrint Layout Designer or SAP Crystal Reports.

Web Client Reporting

  • Reports can be displayed in table, chart or map view. User-defined queries can be displayed in lists or diagrams.
