Microsoft Outlook is probably still the linchpin of daily work for many employees in offices around the world. CRM for Outlook is an extension of the Microsoft organisation centre that makes it possible to interact with SAP Business One. The abbreviation CRM is a bit misleading, because it leads to the assumption that the tool is mainly intended for sales. In the meantime, however, the functionality goes far beyond sales support.
