CKS.DMS, the widely used document management system for SAP Business One, now offers its automatic document processing as a stand-alone solution.

Automatic document processing in CKS.DMS

The CKS.DMS ADR module is used for automatic incoming invoice processing / document processing and was previously an extension to the CKS.DMS document archive. The automatic document entry is now four years old and, in combination with the digital archive and SAP Business One its service to numerous customers.

The extension for SAP Business One has meanwhile added more and more features. Among other things, the processing of payment notifications or the recognition and linking of SAP base documents. This all works perfectly in conjunction with the GoBD-compliant archiving.

Separate functionality that can be extended later

However, there were more and more requests from customers who wanted to use the automatic document entry without immediately using the complete archiving solution. The call was increased and CK-Solutions now offers automatic document processing for SAP Business One even without archiving. However, some DMS-typical functions remain. These include keywording and full text search. Furthermore, the system can then be upgraded later with the digital archive CKS.DMS.
Of course, you can (and have always been able to) go the other way round. In other words, anyone who already uses CKS.DMS can upgrade the archiving at any time with the CKS.ADC module.

Further additional modules

In addition, there are several other modules and functions with which you can expand CKS.DMS. The CKS.DMS Server is the automated inbox and distribution list. E-mails are collected, processed by the CKS.ADC module and generate finished documents in SAP Business One.

With CKS.DMS Web, you can access the SAP Business One archive via a web browser.

The CKS.DMS ZUGFeRD or e-invoice module is part of the CKS.DMS Professional User. ZUGFeRD (Central User Guide of the Forum Electronic Invoice Germany) is considered the simplest format for sending and receiving electronic invoices.
