SAP Business One 9.2 comes with a new integration of Excel on the market that allows fast data analysis. A good reason to use integrated business software such as SAP Business One In addition to controlling the processes, the most important thing is to build up a database that allows illuminating analyses.
Does the analysis of data in order to present them in reports, many reflexively turn to Microsoft Excel. On the one hand, this is understandable, since spreadsheets are a tool that almost everyone has had to use at some point. On the other hand, it is well known (and has been written about here and elsewhere) that this is not always the best choice and is associated with some risks.
SAP Business One 9.2 now gives Excel a helping hand, so to speak. With the help of a special Excel plug-in, it uses the Microsoft Office tool where it has undisputed strengths. From the ERP package, the data structures can be called up in Excel in order to use them for building reports.
The query can then in turn be saved in SAP Business One 9.2 and retrieved again with the data that is always up-to-date.
The whole thing works with the SAP HANA version of the SME software and thus guarantees the well-known rapid processing of the data. An exemplary example is demonstrated in the video.
