SAP Business One is extremely variable when it comes to exporting data. It is possible to create tabular or/and tabular lists such as reports, Drag & Relate-Export lists etc. to MS Excel.
In addition, the data can be exported as PDF, text, XML, picture or Microsoft Word document. However, due to the structure and type of data, it is not always possible to export the entire window content to any data type. In practice, it is quite easy to determine whether an export is possible. Depending on the window, the respective option in the menu or the button is active or greyed out.
