The picking list is part of the process "Picking and packing" in SAP Business One. It is used to retrieve articles from the Stock for picking. The picking list therefore forms the operational basis for the physical picking process in the warehouse.
Creation and application
- Picking lists can be created quickly and system-supported.

Picking list in the context of production orders
- From a production order a picking list can be generated by right-clicking in the context menu.
- The function "Display picking lists" allows you to analyse all lists that are assigned to a production order.
- the Priority of the production order is taken into account as a sorting criterion in the picking list - so that urgent orders can be prioritised for processing.
