SAP Business One 9.2 comes with a new integration of Excel on the market that allows fast data analysis. A good reason to use integrated business software such as SAP Business One In addition to controlling the processes, the most important thing is to build up a database that allows illuminating analyses.
Does the analysis of data in order to visualise them in reports, many people reflexively turn to Microsoft Excel. On the one hand, this is understandable, as spreadsheets are a tool that almost everyone has had to use at some point. On the other hand, it is well known (and has been written about here and elsewhere) that this is not always the best choice and is associated with a number of risks.
SAP Business One 9.2 now extends a hand to Excel, so to speak. With the help of a special Excel plug-in, it utilises the Microsoft Office tool where it has undisputed strengths. From the ERP package, the data structures can be called up in Excel so that they can then be used to create reports.
The query can then be saved in SAP Business One 9.2 and retrieved with the latest data.
The whole thing works with the SAP HANA version of the midmarket software and thus guarantees the well-known rapid processing of data. An example is demonstrated in the video.
