Over the years, SAP Business One has been given several options for exchanging data via EDI. Another provider of a cloud solution is on the market. EDIGRID is an EDI outsourcer that offers everything from EDI outsourcing provider AS2 to EDIFACT.
Companies that work with SAP Business One send their message types (ORDERS, DESADV or INVOIC) in SAP IDOC XML format to a clearing centre. FTP, sFTP or FTPs are available for data exchange. EDIGRID then converts the data and forwards it to the recipients in a customised format.
The same is done on the way back, so that SAP Business One also receives data that can be processed seamlessly.
