Authorisation in SAP Business One of a user for an object or task.
Different authorisation levels can be assigned to a user at user level and at user group level. The effective
Authorisation is the highest level of authorisation that is applied to the user.
Example:
- User U001 is assigned to group A and group B.
- U001 authorisation = write-protected
- Group A Authorisation = Full
- Group B Eligibility = None
- This results in the effective authorisation = max {Read-Only, Full, None} = Full.
