SAP B1 blog

In conjunction with the permissions defined for a user, the type of user licence granted determines whether the user has full control over a window (form), can open a window (form) in read-only mode or has no access at all.
SAP Business One user licences are based on a named user model in which a licence is issued for a specific user name.
Each licence is localisation specific.

The following user licence types are available for the SAP Business One application:

• Professional user
• Limited CRM user
• Limited Financials user
• Limited Logistics user
• Indirect access

The following licence types are supported but are no longer available for purchase:

• SAP Business One CRM Sales user
• SAP Business One CRM Service user
• SAP Business One add-on user
