Table: OPRC (SAP Business One)

The OPRC table in SAP Business One contains information about the cost centres in the system. Each entry in the table reflects a single posting unit created by the system.

The OPRC table contains information such as the ID of the cost centre, the name of the cost centre and the chart of accounts linked to it. It can also contain further information such as the associated currency and details of the clearing accounts.

The OPRC table is closely linked to other SAP Business One modules, e.g. the Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting modules. This makes it easy to set up and manage cost centers in the system for accurate and efficient accounting. For example, the following fields are available in the OPRC table in SAP Business One:

  • AbsId: This field contains the unique ID number of the cost centre.
  • Name: The name of the cost centre is saved here.
  • AcctCode: The associated chart of accounts is defined in this field.
  • Currency: The associated currency is defined here.
  • CostAcct1: This field is used to enter the clearing account is defined for the first cost centre.
  • CostAcct2: The clearing account for the second cost centre is defined here.
  • CostAcct3: The clearing account for the third cost centre is defined in this field.
  • CostAcct4: The clearing account for the fourth cost centre is defined here.
  • Active: This field defines whether the cost centre is active or not.
  • Locked: Here you define whether the cost centre is locked or not.
