Scenario Package (SAP B1if)

On Scenario package in the SAP Business One Integration Platform is a structured collection of Scenario stepswhich is used to efficiently deliver integration content to customers. SAP offers a variety of such packages for different use cases and examples. A typical scenario package is, for example sap.B1RFQwhich was specially designed for supplier enquiries.

What is behind a scenario package?

These packages are called ZIP files and contain all the necessary content for the integration. To use a scenario package, it must first be imported into the administration interface of the Integration Framework. This is done via the steps:

  1. Navigate to "Scenarios" > "Import".
  2. Select the corresponding ZIP file.
  3. Activate the option "Import customised SysType properties".
  4. Confirm the import process by clicking on "Send".

The documentation for each scenario package, such as sap.B1RFQis available directly in the Integration Framework. It provides detailed instructions for implementation and customisation to specific business requirements.
