With nice regularity, Microsoft expands the functionality of MS Power BI. A new version again offers a range of new features for the data analysis tool.
The compilation of tools for analysing data now has a high level of connectivity to numerous data sources. With the Versino Projects add-on for Power BI, data from SAP Business One evaluate, process and present.
New: Expanded interfaces, tooltips and more
Among other new connectors, the interface to SAP HANA has also been expanded. Furthermore, there are new functions for assigning bookmarks, new custom visuals and the expansion of interfaces to various systems.
Also new are the so-called tooltips, where user-defined quick infos are displayed. These are not simple text overlays as known from various software. When called up, the tooltips provide their own graphical representations of the data analysis, which detail the contents of the context.
