The SAP Partner variatec AG takes over the complete SAP Business One Division of the Trimergo International B.V. In addition to the fact that the customer base and the sales territory and customer base of variatec AG will be significantly expanded, these acquisitions are also likely to have an impact on the solution portfolio.
We are particularly looking forward to the further development of solutions for project-oriented manufacturing companies as plant manufacturers that have been taken over by Trimergo. If these are integrated into SAP Business One as deeply and coherently as the other variatec solutions, this promises a wide range of add-ons for SAP Business One.
