Following the launch of an interface for SAP Business One for ELO archive solutions, the other top dog for document archives has now also brought an integration for SAP Business One to market maturity.
The SBO add-on enables Business One to archive receipts and documents from other sources. These are linked to the corresponding processes in SAP Business One. The archive can be accessed from SBO as well as from the EASY WEB or Office application.clients take place.
Outgoing document processing
Documents from SAP Business One are processed fully automatically. They are converted to PDF format and the text is read and indexed. Additional index fields are also filled in SBO and archived in conjunction with the system document.
Processing of incoming documents
Incoming documents are entered into SAP Business One and optionally either an external barcode-number or the internal document number is automatically printed as a barcode label using the extBarcode tool and the barcodes stored in the ERP. After scanning the documents with EASY CAPTURE or clarc eWork, the related documents are merged fully automatically using the barcodes.
Output in SAP Business One
In SAP Business One, the display can be started directly via the list of assets. The results are then displayed via a browser. An extra EASY-clients is therefore not necessary.
