One Analytical tray In SAP Business One, a tile type in the web client that displays basic information and opens a summary page with detailed representations by clicking on it. These representations are called analysis maps.
Tile and overview page
An example provides very rough information about customer sales. The tile essentially shows the total sales for the current year, grouped by customer groups. However, the main purpose of this tile type is not to provide directly detailed information. The details only appear when the user clicks on the tile. Then the corresponding overview page opens, in the example with various representations of sales analyses.
Analysis chart and analysis diagram
The individual representations on the overview page are called analysis charts. When they are graphical representations, they are called analysis diagrams.
Edit the overview page
Using the „Edit“ function, the user changes the composition of the overview page. He or she removes analysis charts, edits existing analysis charts, or adds newly created analysis charts. After activating the function, two symbols appear on the upper right edge of each analysis chart: one for removal and one for editing. The web client offers a range of options to modify the display. After editing, the user saves the analysis chart under the original or a new name. The system then automatically displays it on the overview page.
Demarcation
