One Tile In SAP Business One, there is a link on the start page of the web client that opens a SAP Fiori app. Depending on the type of app, the tile has different appearance options.
Symbol, number and view
SAP creates the symbols for each tile individually. The „Customer Orders“ tile, for example, shows open customer orders. The number next to the symbol indicates how many objects the tile contains. This number does not mean that only that many objects exist in the system. Which objects appear is controlled by the respective view.

Diese Einschränkung steuert der Eintrag =$[CURRENT_USER] im Feld „Benutzersignatur“ der Ansicht. Der Anwender kann alternative, vorgefertigte Ansichten wählen. Über den Button „Verwalten“ und den Radiobutton „Standard“ macht er eine alternative Ansicht zur Standardansicht der Kachel. Beim nächsten Klick auf die Kachel erscheint dann diese Ansicht. Eigene Sichten zu erstellen ist ein Thema für Key-User oder SAP-Consultants.
Customize the home page
It is easier to select exactly those tiles from the existing tiles that the user needs daily. By using the initials of his user name at the top right, he opens the editing of the start page. There, he moves tiles using drag and drop. However, the position is not fixed: the user interface is responsive and dynamically adjusts the tiles according to the browser width. Therefore, the user only changes the order within a group. Using a button in the upper right area of a tile, he removes the tile. Using the plus symbol in the empty tile at the bottom right, he adds more tiles from the stock.
