security level (SAP Business One)

A key that is automatically assigned to expected payments or income depending on their nature.
This key assesses the likelihood that a payment will be made, taking into account that not all payments are guaranteed or will be made by the due date.

Four security levels are available:

  • Level 1: Cash accounts
  • Stage 2: Cheques, credit cards
  • Level 3: Liabilities to customers
  • Level 4: Payables to suppliers
