The Settlement Assistant is part of SAP Business One Project module.
Der Assistent dient der Erhebung von offenen Beleg- und fakturierbaren Projektinformationen. Er kann diese Daten verarbeiten und daraus Ausgangsrechnungen oder Lieferscheine erstellen. Diese Funktionen werden von der Versino Financial Suite ergänzt. Der Assistent berücksichtigt bei der Erzeugung die nachfolgenden Datenquellen:
- Incoming invoices created as a project expense
- Quotations, orders or delivery notes that have already been issued to the project client and have been transferred to a A/R Invoice can be taken over
- Completed work orders that were created as part of the project
- Activities such as meetings, telephone calls or activities carried out as part of the project
