Distribution list (SAP Business One)

List with several addresses that can be of different types, e.g. user, Internet or fax.
A distribution list can be used to send documents to the addresses or to send documents for the
internal addresses in a shared folder.

There are the following types of distribution lists:

  • Private distribution lists that can only be used by the respective user.
  • Shared distribution lists that can be used by all authorised users.
