Microsoft Outlook is probably still the linchpin of many employees' daily work in offices around the world. CRM for Outlook is an extension of the Microsoft organisation centre that makes it possible to interact with SAP Business One. The abbreviation CRM is somewhat misleading because it feeds the assumption that the tool is primarily intended for sales. In the meantime, however, the functionality goes far beyond sales support.
