The process of calculating the Costs for a product that comes out of production and is managed according to the series/batch valuation method, according to the current costs of the products contained. Batches- or series components (which are also listed in the series/).
This process is carried out by the production cost recalculation wizard.

Recalculation of production costs with SAP Business One:
Companies can recalculate their production costs in SAP Business One. However, certain conditions must be met before this function can be used:
- The product to be assessed must be assigned to the batch or serial number assessment method.
- The production order must be completed.
- At least one of the components of the completed order must also use the serial or batch number valuation.
A wizard guides you step-by-step through the post-calculation process.
