In conjunction with the permissions defined for a user, the type of user licence granted determines whether the user has full control over a window (form), can open a window (form) in read-only mode or has no access at all.
SAP Business One user licences are based on a named user model in which a license is assigned for a specific user name.
Each licence is localisation-specific.
The following user licence types are available for the SAP Business One application:
- Professional user
- Limited CRM user
- Limited Financials user
- Limited Logistics user
- Indirect access
The following licence types are supported, but are no longer available for purchase:
- SAP Business One CRM Sales user
- SAP Business One CRM Service user
- SAP Business One add-on user
For more information, see the SAP Business One License Guide.
