On Tax account is a G/L accountwhich is Recording and administration of tax amounts resulting from business activities. It is recognised as contra account for the booking of Value added tax (VAT), input tax and other types of tax. In SAP Business One the tax account enables a precise Tracking and reporting of tax transactions and supports compliance with legal requirements.
