The new version of the application for project-driven service providers and plant engineers has once again been enhanced with a number of impressive additions. Properties for contact persons, employees, participants
Similar to the properties in SBO for business partners, properties can be used for contact persons. For use in the future newsletter tool, the properties can be used to define the desired newsletter topics.
Contact search
A new search mask has been developed to search for contacts across all business partners.
Material requirement request in the Web Client
The material requirements request module has been redeveloped to have the same display in the web client and in the main programme.
Service calendar
A new service calendar makes it easy to visualise future assignments.
Special calendar for employees
It is now possible to make different calendar settings directly for an employee. For example, if an employee works part-time for two months, different planned working times can be saved for this period without having to create a separate calendar.
Evaluation of personnel provisions
Two new analyses make it possible to display overtime and absences per employee.
Other application types
New application types have been introduced for the clear management of sick notes and planned illnesses.
Internal cost allocation for equipment and machinery
The internal cost allocation of hours and article entries has been expanded to include the analysis and posting of equipment and machine bookings.
Planning authorisations and self-planning
It is now possible to give some project managers only limited planning options. Especially when handing over planning from the project manager to personnel managers, it can be restricted that the personnel managers may only assign the planning, but not change the quantity.
Likewise, it can be set that staff planning is only allowed within the phase period.
In addition, it is now easier to set which employees are allowed to plan themselves in which projects.
Project master
The Project master screen in the main programme and in the Web Client have been standardised. However, it is not yet possible to change the project master data in the Web Client.
Employee commissions
It is now possible to calculate commissions for internal employees for each billable hour.
Commissions are calculated when the invoice is issued, but are only settled for the employee if the customer has paid the invoice.
Support processes for several customers
In the cloud, sometimes several customers are affected by the same error. A main support case (master ticket) can now be created and assigned to several clients. All customers receive the same messages.
Advanced picklist filters
With complex contracts and several open pick lists, the synchronisation between the contract quantities and the pick lists was confusing. Existing picklists can now be overwritten from the contract. This is filtered according to fixed price items and phases.
Time recording - quick entry
In fast entry, the working time from clocking in and out can now be displayed as a reference for the distribution of times. It is also possible to display the hours as "1:30" instead of "1.5".
Printing of travel expense attachments
Attachments to travel expenses can now be printed with the trip or attached when the invoice is sent by e-mail.
