That add on BOne-Win for SAP Business One already existed in the early "SAP B1 days" but under the direction of another SAP partner. IPAS Software GmbH is now continuing the development and breathing "new life" into the extension for SAP Business One.
BOne-Win makes it easy to create and send individual and serial letters and e-mails SAP Business One possible.
In addition to full SAP Business One integration, the application offers numerous templates for individual and serial letters and emails. These include templates for normal correspondence such as Enquiriesoffers or reply letters. There are also templates for various forms, i.e. orders and order executions. BOne-Win also provides ready-made versions for contracts and other documents such as non-disclosure agreements and licence agreements.
Data can also be retrieved directly from SAP Business One and automatically inserted into bookmarks or mail merge fields. Letters or emails created with BOne-Win are immediately linked to business partners as an activity and selections of serial letters or emails are saved.
All letters are also stored centrally on the SAP Business One server.
Another function of the Add-ons is the integration of the SAP Business One query generator/wizard, which selects all relevant data from B1 and prints them in the form letter.
Bone-Win also offers the option of creating a follow-up activity and includes a resubmission function. The application is also available in many languages.
That AddOn is available for SAP Business One from version 2005A SP0 and is compatible with version 9.0. BOne-Win is also available as a 64-bit version.
