After an extensive test phase, the first version of the Versino add-on "SAP Business One - DATEV Interface Pro" is now being launched. In fact, it is already being used productively by a number of customers, who are using it to drastically reduce the effort involved in transferring data between SAP Business One.
DEVELOPED IN COOPERATION WITH DATEV
The interface was developed in co-operation between DATEV and Versino Projects in order to support both sides with the highest possible level of expertise. As the two financial accounting systems have major systematic differences in many areas, this was a challenge that could only be mastered in this way. The somewhat outdated standard interface of the SAP Business One standard has thus been given a modern alternative.
NO MORE TIME-CONSUMING REWORKING
The advantages for all parties involved (customer and tax consultant) are quickly noticeable, as many hours of troubleshooting and reworking are eliminated.
MODERN ARCHITECTURE FOR ALL SAP BUSINESS ONE VERSIONS
During development, emphasis was placed on modern handling for the installation, update and operation of the interface. Users benefit from a 64-bit add-on as a lightweight extension. The modern architecture also ensures easy handling of multiple databases.

In addition to the familiar functions of the SAP Business One standard, the solution offers the following features for integration with DATEV Accounting:
- Improved handling of master data customer, vendor, G/L accounts, tax definitions
- Consideration of the DATEV logic for journal entries
- Transfer of gross instead of net values
- No export of zero bookings
MAIN FUNCTIONS
- Export of all journal entries from SAP Business One and provision of the data in the DATEV template in csv. Format
- Export of all journal entries from DATEV and import into SAP Business One
- Proposal list of new DATEV accounts that can be imported if required
