This starts with the recording. Service data, consumed items and travelling expenses only need to be entered into the system once.

Everything then ends up with the responsible project manager for approval. Once approved, the services are invoiced in accordance with the conditions set out in the corresponding contract. This can be done according to the various types of project billing, such as: on a time and material basis, at a fixed price, by Deposit, with phase reference, with commissions, etc.
It goes without saying that this can be done in different currencies at the current exchange rates, as is usual in SAP Business One.
