SAP Business One Human Resources provides support for personnel management in a way that is suitable for SMEs. The personnel master data in the personnel module has a very simple structure and comprises a number of fields whose meaning is self-explanatory. You can store all relevant information about employees here, including images and associated files or documents.

be a user, a salesperson, a supervisor, a technician, a manager, etc. at the same time.
The affiliations to teams and the roles in these teams are determined.
Data such as marital status, number of children, citizenship, passport number, health insurance, social security, etc. are entered at the "Personnel" level.
Under "Finances" you maintain bank details, employee salaries and costs.

SAP Business One offers an option for recording employees' time or lines with the time sheet. Data such as the work order number, financial project, cost centre, work item, service call-off number, breaks, non-billable time, effective time, billable time, etc. can be entered in this record. The recorded data can then be called up in overviews for each corresponding personnel number.

HR reports

Depending on your selection criteria, you can create reports relating to personnel management that display the contact details of all employees in the company, display employee absences for the entire company or a specific department, or generate telephone directories or employee lists.
