CKS.DMS is slowly establishing itself as the standard for SAP Business One when it comes to a lean and excellently integrated digital document archive. The solution integrates completely into SAP Business One and adds documents to the archive after scanning or Print of documents add keywords that are generated after automatic text recognition.
In Business One, you can find the documents by the corresponding business partners and receipts. They can also be found quickly and reliably using a free text search. Documents can also be forwarded to SAP Business One and digitised via a desktop folder and Outlook integration.
Now there is another way to store documents in the digital archive. Documents can be uploaded in a decentralised manner via a web interface. These are stored in SAP Business One and are thus available to all users. However, the reverse is also possible. The web portal can also be used to make documents such as quotations, orders or invoices available to users who do not have a Business One licence.
