Outgoing payments in SAP Business One enable the processing of payment obligations to suppliers, Business partners and other recipients. With a wide range of functions and options, the system ensures smooth and flexible payment processing.
Payment Methods
SAP Business One supports various payment types to cover the individual requirements of companies:
CashDirect cash payments via the cash desk.
ChequesIssue of cheques via the house bank account.
Credit cardsProcessing of payments via credit card providers.
Bank transfersDirect transfers from the house bank account to the recipient account.

Electronic payment transactions:
With the payment add-on, bank files in formats such as EDIFACT or SEPA generated.
Payment orders:
Creation of payment orders to request payments to the bank.
The amount of a payment order corresponds to the sum of the vouchers it contains.
Additional payment options
Manual payments: In addition to automated processes, payments can also be recorded manually.
Cheque printing: Cheques can be printed directly in SAP Business One.
This requires the configuration of print layouts and the use of special cheque forms.
