Revenue Analysis (SAP Business One)

The sales analysis in SAP Business One is a detailed analysis of the sales achieved with a company's customers.
This report contains information on sales volumes from three perspectives:

Turnover per customer or supplier
Turnover per article
Sales per sales representative

In SAP Business One, a sales analysis is a report containing information about a company's sales. It can be used to compare the company's performance with previous periods, recognise patterns and monitor the company's financial development.

Complete the following steps to create a sales analysis in SAP Business One:

In the main menu, select "Sales > Analysis > Sales analysis".
Select the desired time frame for the analysis. You can carry out a sales analysis for a specific month, quarter or year.
Select the desired analysis area. You can analyse sales by customer, product, sales channel or other factors.
Select whether you want to analyse the turnover in monetary values or in units.
Select View to create the report.

The SAP Business One sales analysis can be displayed in various formats, e.g. as a table or as a chart. You can also print or export the report in order to save or distribute it.
