Versino Skills

Versino Financial Suite

the Versino Skills These are curated knowledge packages from the Versino KI Shop that provide an AI assistant with proven expertise in SAP Business One. Each skill covers exactly one SAP B1 topic.

Content

The content comes from resolved support cases from Versino AG and thus from practice rather than general internet knowledge. The answers contain a source reference. The skills answer questions about how: How does a company set up the payment process? What does an error message mean during an upgrade? Which table contains a requested field? The offer includes 35 skills in six areas: functional areas (for example sales, purchasing, warehouse, production, and e-invoicing in Germany), accounting and closing, databases and SQL, integration and data, operations, and reporting and add-ons.

Access

The skills run hosted in Germany and do not require installation. The user enters a single connector address in their AI assistant and logs in. Each company receives a login for the entire team, without counting individual workstations. After payment, access is immediately unlocked. Payment is handled via Stripe, and the subscription is managed by the customer themselves in the customer portal. The offer is aimed at companies.

Tariffs (as of October 2026)

A single skill costs €15 per month, the complete package with all 35 skills costs €368 per month. The Compact tariff is 25% % cheaper and allows up to 50 queries per day and company. A skill starts at €11.25 per month. The Unlimited tariff has no daily limit and costs the full price. All prices are plus VAT, monthly cancelable, with 3 % savings when paid annually.

Demarcation

The Versino Skills are not connected to the SAP system. They provide expertise, but not access to company data. The data access is handled by the SAP B1-MCP. Both offerings use the MCP standard and can be booked individually or combined. In combination, the assistant knows the data and at the same time knows what they mean.
