CRM (software)

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a software specialised in customer relationship management or customer management. CRM software helps to improve all customer relationship processes by making it possible to record all customer contacts and data in a structured and partially automated way. In addition, customer history, number and frequency of enquiries, documents and orders placed by the respective customers are usually stored. This database is always available to the user and supports the work in sales in many ways. The software is used and maintained by all company departments. Professional CRM software also offers the creation of ready-made e-mails or briefings directly from the system. CRM software is often also referred to as CRM solution and CRM system. SAP Business One has a fully integrated CRM module.
