CRM (software)

SAP Business One Finance Training

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is software that specialises in customer relationship management or customer management. CRM software helps to improve all customer relationship processes by enabling all customer contacts and data to be recorded in a structured and partially automated manner. In addition, the customer history, number and frequency of enquiries, documents and orders placed by the respective customers are usually stored. This database is always available to the user and supports sales work in many ways. The software is used and maintained by all company departments. Professional CRM software also offers the creation of ready-made emails or briefings directly from the system. CRM software is often also referred to as a CRM solution and CRM system. SAP Business One has a fully integrated CRM module.
