MariProject, the SAP Business One industry software for service providers, IT companies and plant manufacturers, is available in the new version 5.7.001.1, which includes the following new features and changes.
New dashboards
A project dashboard allows several analyses to be compiled for a project and clearly arranged in a FIORI-like tile display. The following analyses are supported:
- Key project indicators (KPI)
- Screen information
- Contribution margin calculations
- Evaluation based on own column definitions
- Own queries as tables
Some tiles can be displayed as a diagram. Different graphical representations can be selected depending on the evaluation source.
Temporal aggregation in the on-screen information
The values of the previous periods can now be aggregated in the screen information and in the contribution margin calculation.
Improvements Editing the item list
It is now possible to edit a contract and all its contract BOMs together. Several contracts of a project can also be edited together.
Incoming invoices freelancers
When processing a freelancer's incoming invoice, it is now easier to allocate the time bookings that have already been created.
Aggregation in internal activity allocation
Postings can now be summarised for internal cost allocation. In addition, further analyses have been created to make it easier to better understand the postings.
