MariProject, the SAP Business One industry software for service providers, IT companies and plant manufacturers, is available in the new version 5.7.001.1, which includes the following new features and changes.
New dashboards
A project dashboard allows several evaluations to be compiled for a project and clearly arranged in a FIORI-like tile display. The following evaluations are supported:
- Key project indicators (KPI)
- Screen information
- Contribution margin calculations
- Evaluation based on own column definitions
- Own queries as tables
Some tiles can be displayed as a diagram. For this purpose, different graphical representations can be selected depending on the evaluation source.
Temporal aggregation in the screen displays
In the screen information and in the contribution margin calculation, the values of the previous periods can now be aggregated.
Improvements Editing the item list
It is now possible to edit a contract and all its contract BOMs together. It is also possible to edit several contracts of a project together.
Incoming invoices freelancers
When processing the incoming invoice of a freelancer, the already created hourly bookings can now be better assigned.
Aggregation in internal activity allocation
The bookings can now be summarised in the internal activity allocation. In addition, further evaluations have been created in order to better to better understand the bookings.
