New MARIProject Version 6.7

Shortly before the turn of the year, Maringo released a new version 6.7 of MARIProject. Among other things, the task management has been expanded and the previously powerful support desk has been enhanced.

Sequence and Visibility tabs in master data forms

An administrator can change both the order and the visibility of tabs for all users in the base data Set.

Resubmission

The resubmission in MARIProject has been redesigned and the display has been improved. You can also view open resubmissions directly in the LaunchPad and in the Mobile Client reach.

Dimensions and weights

Dimensions and weights on the article master can now be adjusted on the contract item. Changed dimensions and weights are transferred to the delivery notes so that external Add ons can read out this information.

Development tasks

While support processes can map communication with the customer, the new "Development tasks" module can be used by internal developers. Individual development steps can be linked to each other.
A development task can also be linked to a support process in order to be able to document the origin.
Development tasks can be assigned to products, product modules, versions, but also to projects/contracts and so on. You can use your own types, statuses and priorities.

Task management

The new "Task management" module makes it possible to assign individual steps and actions to a contract item or phase.
In contrast to resubmissions, tasks have types, statuses, priorities and the option of attaching documents, images and comments.

Idea management

A new "Idea management" module allows you to save ideas for products, modules or other dimensions.

Personnel actions

Another module is aimed at the HR department. It can be set so that only users in the "Accounting/Controlling" user group, for example, are authorised to use personnel actions.
Personnel actions are linked to an employee and can have their own types, statuses and priorities. For example, routing slips with different statuses can be realised.

Combine printing of invoice and proof of service

A print process can be used to set that the proof of performance is also automatically created for the invoice. Both documents can be sent as attachments in the e-mail.
Alternatively, it is possible to create a file from the invoice.PDF and the proof of performance.PDF.
This one file can then also be used in the Add On ZUGFeRD or X-invoice can be processed further.
