CTI middleware for SAP Business One

With 75 % of all introductions of SAP Business One a telephone connection is on the wish list of interested companies. Often this project fails because of the telephone system or complicated requirements. This is where a new product comes in, which is designed to simplify the dialogue with telephone technology especially for SAP products.

Of the YouCon Cube is a CTI-middleware that can be implemented in existing telephony infrastructures. As a complete solution, it connects virtually any conventional telephone system from leading manufacturers such as Siemens, Avaya, CISCO, Microsoft Lync and Alcatel with existing SAP installations such as SAP CRM, SAP ERP, SAP ByDesign, SAP Business One and SAP Business All-in-One.

As CTI middleware, YouCon Cube enables the synchronised use of conventional telephone systems and digital data systems. YouCon's solution implements all the necessary interfaces by collecting incoming and outgoing events ? both from telephone systems and from SAP systems ?, processing them accordingly and then making them available to the user. In its basic version, the YouCon Cube already implements a variety of interfacesincluding Soap web services as well as the standards TAPI and CSTA. At the same time, the solution can be expanded at any time to allow connection to any system that uses standardised interfaces oriented, to make it possible.
