A sequential number automatically assigned to each journal entry or inventory transaction.

General information
- The "Transaction number" field displays the consecutive journal number automatically assigned by SAP Business One.
- In the Activities window, the "Opportunity number" is displayed as the original object number on the "Linked document" tab if the activity originates from a opportunity is created.
Reports
- In the transaction report by project, you can click on the orange arrow in the "Transaction number" column to obtain details of the transaction.
- The Serial number transaction report shows all the serial numbers in the upper table. serial numbers of the individual items from the goods receipt. If a row is selected, the path with transactions in SAP Business One can be tracked in the lower table.
- The transaction number serial report shows the transaction number.
