Sounds obvious? Many of the companies surveyed see it differently. 54 per cent see their "data-based" position as mediocre or poor. More than half also see the quality of their master data as so-so. However, half of the respondents also rated their master data as improved compared to the past. And as many as 58 per cent consider their ITProcesses as well positioned - but again only 15 per cent with their Master data.
The study makers analyse the differences and consequences in the Lünendonk study on the basis of the results.
