The Des Plaines Office Equipment Company was founded in 1955. Today, it is still in the hands of the Miceli family - Chip Miceli, the managing director, himself an old hand in the business. "This is my fourth ERP," he says of the newly launched software. "And this one gives me exactly what I need to run my business". He should know. What particularly excites him?
