This is where a new product comes in, which is designed to simplify dialogue with telephone technology specifically for SAP products.–
Of the YouCon Cube is a CTI-middleware that can be implemented in existing telephony infrastructures. As a complete solution, it connects practically any conventional telephone system from leading manufacturers such as Siemens, Avaya, CISCO, Microsoft Lync and Alcatel with existing SAP installations such as SAP CRM, SAP ERP, SAP ByDesign, SAP Business One and SAP Business All-in-One.
As CTI middleware, the YouCon Cube enables the synchronised use of conventional telephone systems and digital data systems. YouCon's solution implements all the necessary interfaces by intercepting incoming and outgoing events - both from telephone systems and SAP systems - processing them accordingly and then making them available to the user. The basic version of the YouCon Cube already implements a large number of interfacesincluding Soap web services as well as the standards TAPI and CSTA. At the same time, the solution can be expanded at any time to enable connection to any system that uses standardised interfaces orientated, to make this possible.
