That Export log file is the log file for the VFS-DATEV export. It documents which postings were exported, which errors occurred, and why individual postings were skipped.
Context
In VFS v04.2026, the export log file has been fundamentally revised. It now contains context information per booking, plain text error messages instead of cryptic codes, and direct booking identification via document number or SAP transaction ID. This allows the user to trace and correct a failed export without detailed knowledge of internal system identifiers – instead of having to interpret the error message as before.
