
Distribution refers to all the necessary decisions and systems that enable a Service or make a product available to the customer. In direct sales, a company sells directly to end consumers. In indirect sales, products or services are sold by the manufacturer via other sales organisations, e.g. retailers. In an ERP/CRM- system - or a system integration such as SAP Business One - several functions are provided to simplify processes for sales.
